Glass replacement may not

be necessary for your vehicle. Damages may be minimal and only require a repair. Glass repairs can only be performed on laminated safety glass (windshields). At Normans Glass & Auto Services we have a high success rate with repairs. The shape and size of the break are critical factors that need to be determined prior to the repair. Before the process, we do a preliminary inspection to make sure the break is repairable.

The process entails applying a vacuum to the site and injecting a resin into the break to structurally repair the damaged area. Please note, a repair can never be cosmetically perfect. The estimated wait time for a repair is 30 minutes. In the event of a failure of our repair, Normans will apply the cost of the repair to the replacement of a new windshield.

*Many insurance companies have liberal incentive programs in place that will pay for your repair and your deductible will be waived. Please contact one of our offices so that we may help you through the claims process.

*Climate controlled repair facilities afford us the convenience of providing in shop repairs and replacements. Each one of our shops is well equipped. When the weather is questionable, customers have the option to come to our shop for their vehicle to be serviced.
